As a third generation native of Arizona, I have seen the greater Phoenix area grow and evolve immensely over the years. It is with great pride that I continue to call Arizona my home alongside my growing family. After playing soccer collegiately and ultimately turning down a contract to play professional soccer on the east coast, I spent many years coaching youth, high school and college soccer in Cave Creek, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. During this time I developed a career as an executive in the travel and lifestyle space with a heavy focus on wine distribution and global commercial real estate marketing. With strong roots in Phoenix and a growing passion for relationships and real estate, the transition into residential real estate was organic and tremendously rewarding.

Dan started as a real estate agent in 2004 running a buyers agent team. His experience walking thousands of homes with buyers listening to their wants and needs has been incredibly helpful in guiding him to design homes that are both beautiful and functional. Dan began remodeling homes in 2011 and has been the owner investor in over 100 remodels and new builds since. Each one teaching him a bit more about the process and what makes a great home. In 2016, Dan started a new construction business, Yonker Construction, building luxury spec homes and offering build-to-suit options.
